A: The recruitment supplier database is accessed via the PSL website by existing customers (gold & platinum editions). Here they can view all agency registrations that have been made. They can also accept, reject or leave pending those applications, and edit the details or store comments against an agency.
Q: Why would I want to use the recruitment supplier database?
A: Firstly, it's an easy method of handling agency applications at a time that suits you. It is also a useful way to store details, particularly of approved agencies. This achieves two aims, if a recruiting manager moves on, all their recruitment contacts are stored on the PSL database, so their valuable contacts are not lost. Finally, all recruiting managers can be set up with user access to search for and view lists of approved recruitment suppliers for all areas of the business.
Q: Is the data secure?
A: Our database uses SSL encryption so it is secure and cannot be accessed by anyone without a valid password.
Q: Is the data backed up?
A: The data is backed up every 24 hours by our hosting provider and again by ourselves.
