Q: How do I report on Agency Performance?
A: If you are using the Enterprise or Unlimited versions of PSL then the system will record which vacancies have been distributed to which agencies. You will also be able to record when placements have been made by these agencies. If needed, PSL can operate as a method to formally communicate these placements to your accounts team.
Once you are recording the distribution of vacancies and details of placements made you can run reports within your PSL database on the "conversion rate" of your agencies for each of your PSL lists and your organisation as a whole. The conversion rate being the number of placements divided by the number of vacancies issued.
Q: What other reports are available from this reporting engine?
