A: Our systems allow you to have more than one list of preferred recruitment agencies. You can have one for IT, one for Temp staff, one for Executive vacancies etc.
All of your existing contacts can easily be added to our system, so if senior staff who manage these relationships move on, there is a formal list of their approved contacts in place.
Q: Can your service help me gain control over which recruitment agencies our line managers use?
A: Every individual in your organisation can be given their own user name and log in to view lists of approved suppliers. This list is available online, so no matter where they are they can easily access it. In summary, we make it simple for your staff to locate and use the approved supplier list. So simple, that there is no real reason for them to use an unapproved supplier.
Q: How do new suppliers get approved?
A: We provide you with as many admin licenses as you need. Each admin user can confirm, reject or leave pending applications from prospective suppliers. We can also designate individual users as having the ability to approve/reject new suppliers for one list. For example, you might let your Sales Director manage the list of sales recruitment agencies.
Q: What if we already have a PSL in place?
A: So that you never run the risk of losing this valuable data, a All your existing suppliers can be added to your PSL database. We can even send you a link to a registration form that will automatically approve suppliers, this link can then be distributed to your current suppliers for them to register with.
