A: Once implemented, PSL will register a large percentage of the agencies that approach you. However, there could be areas of your business where you do not have sufficient competition on your PSL, or have more work than your existing suppliers can resource for you.

A: With a little research we can actively target agencies who are already successfully sourcing candidates for your competitors and may be more effective than your existing suppliers.

A: By designing a robust agency vetting process we can confirm that the agencies who have approached you, and you consider to be strong on paper, actually have the background they are claiming. This relates to both the company and the individual recruitment consultant.

 

Q: How do you Vet prospective new suppliers?

 

A: We contact the agency to inform them that our client is interested in taking their application to the next stage and request that they provide us with some suitable references who can vouch for the quality of their work, their approach etc.

 

We then work with our clients to understand the questions they would like us to ask the referring client. This reference check is then carried out either over the phone or via an online survey. The report is collated and forwarded to the client.
